The workshop will involve activities in small groups that will give you the chance to investigate your own values, and subsequently think about how these might be integrated into your business or working life more broadly.

We’ll consider the challenges of sticking to your values in a society that prioritises efficiency and financial gain at the expense of other outcomes, and discuss the benefits of alternative organisational structures.

Whether you own your own business or work for a large organisation, this workshop should help build your motivation and offer you a new way of approaching work.

By the end of this workshop you will have a better understanding of:

    • Your key personal values
    • How to integrate these into your working life

This workshop is run by Studio Lutalica, a design and consultancy agency who work with clients who identify as women or LGBTQ+. The business is unapologetic in its commitment to championing design by women and queer people, and delivering on projects that serve these communities.

In the two years since the business was founded, Lutalica has worked with over 50 clients from seven different countries, proving that values do belong in business.
