We have all experienced it – that feeling you get when you are in a meeting that is going nowhere. There is one person who is talking too much and the group never makes a clear decision. As your eyes glaze over, your mind drifts off and you start daydreaming, wondering if there is a better way…

If that is how you feel in meetings, then this is the workshop for you! We will be running through common issues in meetings and giving you tools to fix them.

Learning outcomes/ meeting tools

Agenda – plan beforehand

Facilitation – guide the meeting in real time

Meeting notes – a record of the meeting to refer back to in the future

Rounds vs hands – making sure everybody contributes

Decision making – It will be a practical session where you have the chance to test out the skills and tools you will have learnt.
