Kindling a food revolution

The Kindling Trust is offering a solution to the broken food system in the UK: community-led farms, such as the forthcoming Kindling Farm in the outskirts of Greater Manchester, can give people a greater connection to the food they eat, and control over food production and distribution. As well as ‘food sovereignty’, a system of local, organic fresh produce could improve the health of people and the soil, help to tackle climate change, and facilitate the training and employment of young farmers and growers.
