Childcare co-ops

Amy Martin and Lee Nichols introduce Kidoop, a prototype of a digital service helping parents to form a childcare co-operative, where care arrangements are shared between qualified staff and non-qualified parents, and rooted in the community. Childcare co-ops reduce the often extortionate costs of childcare, offer greater flexibility, and allow parents to bring experience and skills to be shared in the group.
